Onix Edu uses that information to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential programs or partnerships, coordinate support, or otherwise communicate with you about the reason you contacted us.
Newsletter Subscriptions
If you subscribe to Onix Edu updates, Onix Edu stores the email address you provide in its separate subscriber list within NLD Central so we can maintain the subscriber list and send occasional organization news, program updates, educational opportunities, and insights. A confirmation email lets you verify your address. Unconfirmed signups may be retained separately from confirmed subscriptions. You can use the unsubscribe link in newsletter emails or contact Onix Edu to request removal.
Contact-Form and Subscription Protection
Contact messages and subscriptions are processed through NLD Central, our website service platform. Security checks may use form timing, hidden anti-bot fields, request limits, message content and email confirmation. If enabled for a form, Cloudflare Turnstile also checks for automated activity. Most ordinary contact messages are processed immediately; questionable messages may be held for review.
Information is retained according to the service settings, operational needs and your requests. Suspicious submissions may be held or rejected. Temporary delivery failures may leave a protected copy on the website until it can be sent securely to Central.
Technical Information
Like most websites, the server may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page. The anti-spam system may use a one-way hash derived from technical request information for rate limiting. The site does not need to expose that raw information publicly.
Cookies and Sessions
The contact form may use a short-lived server-side session for security and form validation. The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers.
How Information May Be Shared
Onix Edu does not sell contact-form information. Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to operate the website or email system, or when disclosure is required by law.
